Dvora Levin was born in Canada, living in Jerusalem for a period of time before again returning to her place of birth. Levin has edited and published many of her poems in a variety of anthologies and collections. She has also published three collections of her own poems, including To Bite the Blue Apple: Healing Poems and Sharawa, both published in 2008, as well as Ragged Light, published in 2014.
